Delivery and returns

We offer FREE shipping for orders over US$50.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12.00 pm in 3 working days. However, please allow for
additional processing time during peak periods, launches, promotions and holiday seasons. It can
take up to 2-3 business day(s) to prepare an order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send
you an email, which will include the shipment tracking number for your reference.

Please note that prices displayed are exclusive of all destination import duties, taxes and fees
levied in the recipient country.

Taxes & Duties
All orders sent outside Lebanon are shipped on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. In some
countries, additional local import charges and/or duties will apply. If a DDU (Delivery Duty
Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the
country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on
arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as these charges are not controlled or
executed by us, they are government charges and the individual making the purchase is responsible
per transaction for these costs.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a
link to track the package. Please be reminded that the courier will deliver from Monday to Friday
during business hours and requires a signature upon delivery.

Order Tracking
If an order is undelivered because you were not available at the first delivery attempt, delivery
driver will contact you and re-attempt delivery again on one further occasion; Following the 2nd
and final attempt, the parcel will return to shipper.

In any case, our Customer Service team will monitor for delivery exceptions and notify the
recipient accordingly. If an item is lost or if it arrives damaged, please notify our Customer
Service team for immediate assistance.
