Thank you for purchasing our cosmetics products. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we
have a strict no return nor refund policy.

Once the product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded. We will only issue a refund
or replacement if the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, and this must be reported
to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please note that in case of a damaged or defective product, we may require photographic evidence
or the return of the product to assess the damage or defect.

We are committed to providing high-quality products, but we cannot be held responsible for any
adverse reactions or allergies that may occur as a result of using our products. It is the
responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are not allergic to any of the ingredients
in our products before purchasing.

We reserve the right to amend or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. By purchasing
our products, you agree to our no refund policy.
